Over the past 5 years, The Purpose (Team Meat Candy) have held a variety of small group, individual Trainings at several different facilities across the 2-State Area. The Classes are thoughtfully created to expand the knowledge and increase the comfort for nearly any level of BBQ enthusiast. We have trained every aspect from the Day 1 Beginner to some of the Newer Competition Competitors. We make a very conscious effort to keep the Class sizes smaller and the Price extremely fair. Another important aspect of the Training is to partner with quality Companies, like Collinsville BBQ Supply and Korte Meat Processing. Their talented teams are gracious enough to Host many of the Trainings. They are also kind enough to put together a Value Bundle of Products, which are used in the Training. This allows the student to leave with the knowledge and product mix to replicate exactly what they learned in Class that day. 

In addition to the live demos and samples of each product… We also give detailed copies of the Recipes and Timelines for each process. That way, the BBQ and Experience can easily be recreated once you get back home.
